Tom Jacks earned his law degree from the University of Denver in 2005. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Spanish from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi in 2000. Tom also studied at the Central American Institute for International Affairs in San Jose, Costa Rica.
Practice Emphasis
Practice focuses on the representation of various business entities and individuals in a broad array of commercial litigation matters, including claims arising out of intellectual property, business and construction disputes. Practice experience also includes defending general negligence actions related to construction, farm, motor vehicle, premises liability and product liability accidents.
Tom is licensed in Colorado, Mississippi and Texas.
Training
Tom practiced in Mississippi prior to joining Chalker Flores, LLP. Before becoming a lawyer, he served as a baseball coach at Evergreen High School in Evergreen, Colorado and then as an assistant baseball coach for Delta State University.
