Daniel T. Mabery earned his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from St. Mary's University School of Law in 1995. He also holds an M.A. in Biblical Studies and a B.A. in English.

Practice Emphasis

Insurance coverage consultation and litigation, general business litigation, specializing in:

  • Risk management and insurance coverage analysis
  • Negotiations with agents, brokers and insurers on behalf of policyholders
  • Representation of insureds against first- and third-party insurers in coverage disputes
  • Litigation expertise involving employment, environmental, construction, energy, and general business

Training

Prior to joining Chalker Flores, LLP, Mr. Mabery was in solo practice and previously practiced with the insurance litigation group at Haynes and Boone, LLP. Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Mabery worked in corporate America for a Fortune 500 company.
