Cynthia Minchillo, RP, began working as a paralegal in Dallas in 1988. She became a Board Certified Paralegal by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law in 1996, and earned her PACE Registered Paralegal designation in 1997. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government in 2000 and Masters degree in Public Affairs in 2003 from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Cynthia is a member of the Dallas Area Paralegal Association, the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations. She has held various elected and appointed positions with these associations, as well as serving as an ABA Approval Commission Representative from 2008-2012. She is a presenter and author on various continuing legal education topics. She served as associate faculty for El Centro Community College and currently teaches for Collin College’s paralegal program part-time.
